Admission Process

Coming to this step means you have already selected your desired programs and university and now you wish to apply there. So, start by completing your documentation for admission.

Admission Requirements Mandatory

While you apply for any University, it will have some mandatory requirements, such as Below.

Note: The attestation by IBCC (Inter BoardCommittee Chairman), HEC (Higher Education Commission) & MoFA (Ministry ofForeign Affairs) isn’t required at the time of admission in mostly universitiesexception a few such as Politecnico di Milano, and at most they will requireHEC attestation only for your bachelor’s degree and transcript not MoFA, and Irecommend MoFA attestation after admission as its attestation has a validationtime. But You will require all following mentioned attestation during time ofFilling Visa.

1)     Bachelor’s degree & Transcript (attested by HEC & MoFAfor Visa)

2)     Intermediate marksheet & Pass certificate (Attested byconcerned board, IBCC, & MoFA for Visa filling)

3)     Matric marksheet & Pass certificate (Attested by concernedboard, IBCC, & MoFA for Visa filling)

4)     Two Recommendation Letters (By University Professors and/orSeniors at office)

5)     English Proficiency Certificate issued by concerneduniversity/IELTS. (For few universities and degree programs IELTS is mandatory,otherwise in many universities and for Visa filling IELTS hasn’t been mandatoryfor last 3 years. 6) Passport

7)     Letter of Motivation / Statement of Purpose

8)     Bachelor’s Study Plan (Few universities require that, you canget that by requesting it to your department)

Additional Documents

Any additional document as follows willincrease your chances of admission.

1)     Internship certificates

2)     Job Experience from Graduation to Present.

3)     Any Extra course/certification except degree

Applying Process in Online Portals  

Every university has its own online portal, and each portal has something different to others. The simplest way that I could suggest you is to simply search on YouTube that “How to apply in (University Name) Year of applying” for example “How-to apply in University of Bologna 2023”, and you will find various videos that explain step by step online procedure for admission, all you have to do is follow what they say, and nothing in portal would confuse you.
