Hello, I'm Musab Ali Shah, and I want to share my story. For 23 years, I never left my hometown. I even finished my school and college there. But then, I decided to leave not just my city but my entire country. It was a big change, and it wasn't easy.
When I first arrived in Italy, I didn't even know how to cook a simple meal like rice. But slowly, I had to learn to do everything on my own. No one was there to help me. I had to clean, do my laundry, study, and cook, which was one of the hardest parts.
At first, I felt homesick. Some nights were very lonely, especially on special occasions like Eid when I was coming home late from part-time jobs. I even cried at times. But time passed, and I learned to survive.
I was in Milan, where I met some Pakistani people, and they became my friends. I started to feel more at home. Now, I'm in a small town in Germany called Clausthal. I have a single room, and I don't have friends here, but I'm learning to live, cook, and survive on my own.
Life has been a journey of self-discovery. I went from being a homebody to someone who has traveled and lived in different places. I've faced challenges, but I've also grown and learned a lot along the way. This is Musab Ali Shah, signing off.
